Be presentable


Hope you captivated the most out of my previous post. Now that you have started developing the technique of self growth, let us move ahead.

Your external appearance defines and gives your first impression, which is very important. First impression, unfortunately, is the best impression.
Grooming yourself physically and wearing the suitable wardrobe is essential. 
Whether to impress a male/female or attend an interview, or a business meeting, presenting yourself neat is essential.

Invest on some good clothes, footwear, accessories and it will always give you a good return.
Most important people forget are their feet, the most ignored part, as the most attention goes on the face.
But, the fact is, ladies, most men judge the ladies not by their beautiful face, but a beautiful feet. Keep it beautiful. That goes for men also.

Nothing gives more value to a face than a SMILE. Wear it.

Step towards growth.


Now that you have practiced what I have said in earlier post, your mind is clear and open to learn and grow further.

One should be truly faithful to one self and keep an open mind to new ideas that will help develop your personality. 

Life teaches you new lessons every day. The only thing is you do not realize when. And if you don't, it will teach you the hard way which might be the root cause of depression. Moreover, if you learn this precious life lessons, the result will be phenomenal.

How will you come to know that you have learned a lesson today? How can you keep track of it?
Follow this simple technique everyday before retiring to bed.

1. Maintain a dairy.
2. Write down what you did today, in detail. How are you hurt? By any co-worker, friend, classmate, etc. What is the reason behind it? How can you avoid it the next time. What mistake you did today? How can you improve on your mistakes. Note down everything, but only about today.

You will see the blunders you have made the whole day and will avoid it the next time. This is life lesson to you. If you are hurt or humiliated, be happy, because life is teaching you something today. Learn from it. Implement it. You will grow.

Solving your own problems


Whether it be personal, business, work place.  Discussing it with your friends might or might not give you solution. However, you will feel better that you have opened your heart to someone you trust.

Some problems cannot be solved such as heart breaks, lose of your loved once, sudden death of your dear ones, etc.
The best solution for such problems are not to think of it and let go. It is very difficult. This can be achieved by indulging yourself in your work throughout.

Sunidhi Chauhan, the famous Indian playback singer, was married at the age of 18 and divorced at 19. She said “If I were not indulged in work everyday in studio, I would have been crying”. The rest is history.

Take care of yourself

There is a famous saying “they loose health to make money, later loose money to save health”.

Your first priority should always be your health. Neither getting late to work, client, business. NO! Health first…. Because your body is the only asset you have till the end. Take care of it. Do hell with the world! Health first!

Today look into the mirror, judge yourself. Don’t compare, but judge. Have you put on weight? Are you getting any symptoms of disease? Here is what you have to do:
  1. don’t panic.
  2. write down the areas of improvement.
  3. do not haste. Join a yoga institute(highly recommended).You don’t want me to write you the benefits of yoga, do you?
4. Make a proper diet plan. No junk food, but healty food, for your heart, kidney, liver, interstine, eyes, and all the valuable parts of your body that cannot be replaced if DAMAGED!

What am I intending..

I wake up every morning, do the daily chores, routine work, and go back to bed. I wish to have some meaning in my life. It is not a coincident that I am born on earth, but for a purpose. I wish to lead path to the people who are lost, depressed. I wish to give them the reason to live and live happily that ever before. 


My attempt is just to change a human life, a ray of hope. Who ever read this, does not necessarily follow what I write. But it is up to you to make a choice whether you should follow or not.


Even if one life changes, I would be satisfied.


Good luck with the precious gift called life. 


I would suggest my readers if any day you feel all is lost and there is nothing you could do. All the doors are closed, and you are left with no choice, in a depressed state, look back again.
Have you really tried everything possible? If yes, then there is one last thing you need to try. PRAY to the Almighty, and the ray of hope will be bestowed upon you.
